1. Avoid Peanut Butter – it has a poor ration of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acid.
Use Walnut, Almond, Cashew, Sesame, Pecan, or Hazelnut Butter
2. When taking Calcium, take magnesium also at a ratio of 2:1. Vitamin K, Boron, and more.

3. Best water is distilled water. (Make sure you're getting your minerals as distilled water is lacking minerals)
4. Cook with extra virgin olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil –organic is best- less pesticides.
5. Never use artificial fats like those found in Fat Free and reduced fat packaged goods.
6. Shellfish are great water pollution filters, avoid shellfish if possible.
7. Choose organic-grass fed finished meats; antibiotic and hormone free range poultry.
8. Buy Omega 3 eggs – that are antibiotic & hormone free.
9. Never buy margarine.
10. Stay away from the whites: white bread-salt-sugar. The whiter the bread..the sooner you’re dead!
